Niren is a seasoned industrialist with 30+ years of experience as Director / Owner of Rubber King Tyres Pvt. Ltd., a prominent manufacturer and exporter of solid tyres, butyl inner tubes, curing bags, automotive flaps, and tyre curing bladders.

In 2023, Niren decided to exit the family business to start an entrepreneurial journey. With extensive experience spanning manufacturing operations, HR, procurement, and IT, he recognized the biggest pain point of businesses: Talent. Without the right talent, businesses cannot grow, and finding the right people is time-consuming and daunting. Niren is on a mission to help companies find the best talent so they can focus on growth.

Priyanshi was a Product Manager in Boston, building growth & e-commerce products, and defining product strategy & roadmap through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. She moved back to India in 2024 to start the entrepreneurial journey with her father, Niren.

Priyanshi graduated from Northeastern University, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. She deeply understands the recruiting process from both the job seeker’s and the employer’s perspectives. Priyanshi is passionate about helping organizations achieve optimal growth by finding the right talent and helping job seekers find their dream jobs.
